The German version of this page is the legally binding one.

This website is built to process as little data as possible. It sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking tools and loads nothing from other servers. Fonts, graphics and the map excerpt come from the same server as the page itself.

Hosting

The website runs on a server of netcup GmbH, Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, in a data centre in Germany. netcup processes data on our behalf under Art. 28 GDPR. A data processing agreement is in place.

Visiting the website

To deliver the page to your browser, the server processes your IP address and the details of your request (the address requested, date and time, browser identifier). The server writes no access logs; these details are processed only while the connection lasts and are not stored. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is a working and secure website.

Contact by email

When you contact us, we process your details to answer your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR if your enquiry concerns a contract, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. We delete the data once the enquiry is settled and no statutory retention obligations apply.

Disclosure

We do not sell personal data and pass it on only when the law requires us to.

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To use them, write to the address above.

You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live or work. The authority responsible for us is the Saxon Data Protection and Transparency Commissioner (Sächsische Datenschutz- und Transparenzbeauftragte).
